FAQs

How long will it take my order to ship?

  • Most items are individually made to order. This helps keep the inventory fresh and avoid having to stock unnecessary items that aren’t selling, keeping the costs lower for you all. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days, although they may ship out faster if items are in stock. If you need your order ASAP, please feel free to reach out via “contact us,” and we will try to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind this is not always possible.

Can I come to visit your shop?

  • I would love to have a space open to the public to come and try on gear, but I am balancing a grad school internship and running the business right now and unfortunately am not able to offer that option. I am splitting time between Vermont and Washington, DC while I finish up school and hope to be able to have a studio space/storefront option in the future, but until then you can find me at the occasional outdoor show, which are listed on my events page.

Where can I find your stuff?

  • I currently am not selling in any stores. If you are a store owner and think my gear might be a good fit for your shop, please let me know. I am always looking for new opportunities to reach my customers!

  • I do take part in a number of outdoor festivals throughout the year. You can find a full list of the upcoming in-person shows on the Events Page.

Can I place a custom order?

  • Unfortunately, I am not open to custom orders at this time. Once I am able to offer custom-size or fabric options, I will update this page with my availability.

How do I arrange a return?

  • You are welcome to return any non-sale item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (minus shipping).

  • Please contact me to make arrangements for your return as soon as possible. I like to offer a wide variety of fabrics and prints; however, this means that they are made in limited quantities and are only available for a short amount of time. This 14-day return window helps to keep the current styles up-to-date.

  • Sale items or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost and any loss in value if the item returns dammage or is lost in the mail.

Can you design and print/ embroider custom hats or t-shirts for my business?

  • Unfortunately, I do not have a large-scale screenprinting or mechanized embroidery system to make custom patches or logo printed gear for others. A lot of time goes into the production of handmade gear, and it is not always possible to offer a competitive wholesale price for others looking to resale their branded goods. There are some other great Vermont businesses that offer screen printing and embroidery services, such as New Duds in Burlington, that might be able to help you out.

  • If you have your own patches and would like to order a larger quantity of hats with your patch stitched on, feel free to contact me to discuss services and pricing for bulk orders. Please note that during the winter holiday season, this may not be possible.

Are you an established non-profit looking to partner on a design idea to raise money for a common cause?

  • I do selectively partner with like-minded local non-profits that help to build a stronger, more socially minded community. Although I cannot always offer my services, I do look for 1 to 2 partners a year who want to collaborate on a design (for a hat fabric) that can be sold to support and promote their mission.

  • If you think we would be a good fit for a partnership, please feel free to contact me with a brief description of your mission/ project, any design ideas, and your timeline.
