This handmade 6-panel, triangle-front cap is made from a sturdy yellowish-green colored waxed canvas with a contrasting paracord rope accent. This style hat sits up a little higher on the head than the original 5-panel style, think trucker hat but not as tall.

Waxed Canvas only gets better with age. Each time you wear this hat, it will only add to its character, acquiring a distressed look and a softer feel. Each wear also allows the wax to smooth into the fibers of the canvas, developing a water-resistant coating that protects the interior from wet weather conditions.

The front panel is made from our signature caramel colored canvas and features a woven Ministry of Culture logo in the upper corner. The cotton canvas hat has a black adjustable plastic snap-back closure and is finished with a black fabric sweatband for a comfortable fit around your head.

Brims are industry-standard flexible lightweight plastic and can be bent and molded into your desired shape. The top of the brim is made from water-resistant waxed canvas, while the under brim is made from a caramel colored canvas that matches the front panel.

Sizing:

Our hats generally measure about 22 1/2-22 5/8" around when the snapback is fully closed. They can adjust to be approximately 1" larger.

Some fabrics have more stretch than others and can vary slightly in fit. The waxed canvas hats have the least stretch, while the fleece hats tend to have the most. This cotton fabric has a medium amount of stretch and is one of the most breathable fabrics we offer for summery hats.
